Timing depends on the ports, sailing, transshipment and agreed scope. Port-to-port transit is not a warehouse delivery date. An urgent part of the order can be quoted separately by rail or air.

- customs coordination with the agreed broker, who handles declaration and representation,

How much does transporting a container from China cost?
A complete quotation covers the agreed stages: collection, freight, local charges, customs handling and onward delivery. Import taxes are shown separately. The LCL calculator is indicative; scope, validity and exclusions are confirmed for each shipment.
Frequently asked questions
FCL or LCL — when to choose which?
There is no universal volume at which FCL is always cheaper than LCL. Compare the same cargo, address and delivery scope, including weight, dimensions, stackability, W/M, local charges and onward delivery.
What documents are needed for customs clearance?
Typically: a commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading (B/L) and — depending on the goods — certificates (e.g. CE), declarations and certificates of origin. We guide the client through the full set of formalities, including on a first import.
Will I pay duty and VAT?
Rates and settlement depend on classification, origin, procedure and the transaction. With the agreed customs broker we verify the data needed for an estimate. Transport costs and import taxes are shown separately.
Do you handle a company's very first import?
Yes. A coordinator helps prepare the information and liaises with the customs broker. Inspections, permits and authority decisions may affect the schedule; clearance without a hold cannot be guaranteed.
