What will you receive in your transport quote?
Once you submit an inquiry, we will prepare a practical calculation tailored to your cargo and planned route. You will receive a breakdown of the main transport charges and a recommendation showing which option offers the best balance of price, transit time and cargo security. When the information supplied allows us to compare several solutions, we will explain the differences instead of providing only one rate. We respond to complete inquiries within 24 business hours.
To prepare an accurate quote, we primarily need the type of goods, the number of units or packages, gross weight and shipment dimensions. Please also provide the collection and delivery locations, your preferred schedule and the agreed Incoterms rule, such as EXW, FOB, FCA or DAP. Non-standard products may require further details, including the HS code, cargo value, packaging method and whether the shipment contains batteries, liquids or dangerous goods. If some parameters are not yet available, send the information you have and we will help identify what is missing.
Sea freight is generally the most economical choice for larger volumes and full-container loads, although it involves the longest transit time. Rail offers a middle ground: it is faster than sea freight and can work well for regular shipments from China to Poland. Air freight provides the shortest delivery time, but its cost depends heavily on chargeable volumetric weight, making it best suited to urgent, lightweight or high-value goods. Your quote will reflect the requirements of the selected transport mode and the connections currently available for the route.
