How we work

• 1. Product brief — specification, volumes, target budget, required certificates.
• 2. Factory shortlist — we verify registration, export history, references and real production capacity; we filter out middlemen posing as manufacturers.
• 3. Negotiations and samples — we negotiate at the source, order and compare samples from 2–3 suppliers.
• 4. Order and quality control — inspection during production and before loading (AQL), photos and a report before the goods leave the factory.
• 5. Transport and clearance — as a freight forwarder we close the whole chain: freight from China, customs, delivery to your warehouse.

How we differ from a classified-ad agent

We've been sourcing for over 16 years — for importers of power generators, tools, workshop cabinets, construction machinery and equipment. We travel to fairs (Canton, industry fairs in Ningbo and Taizhou) and to factories in person; we know real factory prices and the typical tricks of middlemen. We earn on a clearly agreed commission or a per-project fee — not on a hidden markup added to the price of the goods.

Certificates and EU compliance

We make sure the goods can be legally sold in the EU: declarations of conformity and CE marking, emissions testing for machinery, the technical file, manuals. This is the stage where inexperienced importers lose the most — a container that can't be placed on the market is the most expensive container in a company's history.

OEM and private labels

We help you move from reselling other people's products to your own brand: OEM factory selection, minimum production runs, branding, packaging and preparing the product for e-commerce sales.
