Privacy and cookies
Notice version: 26 October 2026
1. Controller and contact
The controller is CargoNet Polska Sp. z o.o., Polish tax ID 8961588694, register KRS 0000798828. Registered office: ul. 1 Maja 46B/8, 55-080 Kąty Wrocławskie. Correspondence address: ul. Wiosenna 15, 55-330 Lutynia, PL. For data and privacy matters contact ksko@cargonet.pl; telephone +48 502 406 787. Smart-Warehouse.pl is a service brand of CargoNet Polska.
2. Enquiries and forms
We process what you submit in a form or correspondence: contact and business details, your enquiry, cargo, transport or warehousing information and any attachments. Providing data is voluntary; without the contact details needed we cannot reply. Please do not include sensitive information that is unnecessary for the enquiry.
3. Purposes, legal basis and retention
Replies, quotations and steps before a contract: GDPR Article 6(1)(b), where the contract is with you; business correspondence and contacts acting for companies: Article 6(1)(f), our legitimate interest in handling enquiries. Enquiry correspondence without a concluded contract is kept while handling the matter and for up to 3 years after closing it for potential claims. If a contract follows, documentation is kept during performance and the mandatory periods under tax and accounting rules; a dispute may require relevant data to be preserved until it ends. Sending a form does not subscribe you to a newsletter or consent to advertising.
4. Providers and security
cyber_Folks supplies website hosting and mail services. Forms retain their existing server-side delivery; their contents are not sent to GTM. Cloudflare Web Analytics provides aggregate statistics without analytics cookies. Server logs and protection mechanisms may process IP addresses, request times and parameters for maintenance and security (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). We do not sell data.
5. Google Analytics 4 and enquiry measurement
With your optional consent we use Google Analytics 4 via Google Tag Manager (Google Ireland Limited) to measure visits, server-accepted enquiries and recognised traffic sources. Refusing does not restrict forms, calculators or our offer. Before initial consent we load neither Google scripts nor denial pings. generate_lead means server acceptance, not inbox delivery or a sale. We do not transmit contact details, form contents, cargo details, enquiry IDs, full URLs or arbitrary UTM values. Google also receives technical connection data, including IP address and browser information; this is not fully anonymous measurement. Ads, Signals, user-provided data and cross-domain identity remain off.
6. Measurement storage and withdrawal
The separate cargonet-analytics-choice-v2 key stores your choice for 180 days. Earlier GTM-only v1 consent is not silently reused for GA4. After consent, _ga and _ga_* cookies may last up to 180 days; event and user data retention in GA4 is 2 months. Limited entry context in sessionStorage expires within 30 minutes; a pending native-form marker within 10 minutes. Neither contains contact details or form contents. You can withdraw in privacy settings; we save refusal and reload to stop further measurement. Withdrawal does not undo earlier processing. Choices are separate per domain and browser. Optional measurement is based on consent, GDPR Article 6(1)(a).
7. Transfers outside the EEA and your rights
Technology providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Google’s safeguards and GTM processing information are available in the linked provider documents; ask the controller for details relevant to your enquiry. You may request access, correction, erasure or restriction and, where applicable, portability or object to processing. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. You may complain to the Polish supervisory authority, UODO. This installation does not make automated decisions with legal effects or enable advertising profiling.
