- Chemicals, batteries, DGR and controlled goods require document checks and acceptance before booking.
From pickup to delivery
- We coordinate pickup and export handling with partners at origin.
- We select a flight or consolidation and confirm the scope of charges.
- We arrange customs clearance with a broker and the agreed delivery. Flight time does not automatically include pickup, customs and final delivery.

Flight time is not door-to-door time. The schedule also includes collection, airport handling, customs and delivery. We confirm it after checking the route, cargo readiness, documents and available connection.
How is chargeable weight calculated?
An indicative air volumetric weight is length × width × height in cm / 6000, added across all packages. It is normally compared with gross weight and the higher figure is used. The carrier tariff determines the actual divisor, minimum and rounding.
