Class-A warehouse at the A4 junction — 5,000 m² near Wrocław
Our warehouse space is in Pietrzykowice, Kąty Wrocławskie municipality — directly at the A4 motorway junction “Pietrzykowice”, about 20 km from the centre of Wrocław. It is the same logistics belt in which the largest distribution centres serving Lower Silesia operate. For your goods that means a short run to the motorway and fast access to the whole of Poland and to western Europe.
Why global players chose the Wrocław region
- SHEIN built its main European logistics hub near Wrocław — approx. 740,000 m² at full capacity, with robotic sorting systems, serving over 100 million customers across Europe.
- TEMU is also developing Local-to-Local logistics centres in the Wrocław area and expanding its warehousing footprint in Poland.
- A further c. 280-hectare industrial-technology park backed by Asian capital is planned nearby — the region is quickly becoming Asia's gateway to Europe.
Our warehouses sit in the same logistics corridor: about 150 km from the German border, right by the A4 motorway. The difference: global platforms serve container-scale clients — we serve small and mid-volume clients, with flexible service scope and same-day response.

What we do in the warehouse
We don't just rent out pallet space. We take over the operation — from the moment the container pulls up to the ramp, to the shipment reaching your end customer.
- Receiving and unloading — quantity and quality checks, entry into the WMS.
- Storage — pallet racking with full location records for every pallet.
- Order picking — retrieving and preparing goods for a specific order.
- Packing and labelling — including to the requirements of a particular retail chain.
- Shipping — pallets, couriers, distribution networks or straight to the customer.
- Returns handling — receipt, condition check, return to stock.
- Value-added services (VAS) — bundles, repacking, labelling, display preparation.
Fulfilment for e-commerce
If you sell online, the warehouse stops being a space cost and becomes part of customer service. We take over the whole process: we receive your goods, store them, and on every order we pick, pack and ship the parcel. You focus on selling and on the product, not on packing boxes.
We charge for the space actually used and the operations actually performed — you don't pay for an empty hall in the off-season. That matters especially in seasonal sales, where space requirements can change several times over a year. See exactly how e-commerce fulfilment works, step by step.
Contract logistics for manufacturers and distributors
For companies with steady volume we run the warehouse as an ongoing contracted service: agreed service levels, reporting and a single point of contact on our side. Instead of maintaining your own hall, staff and system, you pay for the outcome. That frees up capital, which works harder in trade than in real estate.
Who this is for
- Importers from Asia — who need space for goods once the container is unloaded, and distribution onwards.
- Online shops — that have outgrown packing parcels in their own garage or office.
- Manufacturers and distributors — looking for a warehouse in Lower Silesia without investing in their own hall.
- Companies entering the Polish market — needing warehouse facilities and local handling.
Frequently asked questions
What is the minimum space I can rent from you?
We don't impose a rigid threshold — we work both with clients occupying a few dozen pallet positions and with those needing several hundred. Tell us your volume and turnover and we'll price it concretely.
Can you handle seasonal swings in volume?
Yes — that's one of the main advantages of an external warehouse. At peak you occupy more space, off-season less, and you pay accordingly. With your own hall the cost is fixed whether it's full or not.
Can I check stock levels on an ongoing basis?
Yes. The warehouse runs on a WMS, so every pallet has its location and history. We agree the form and frequency of stock reporting with each client.
Will you collect goods straight from the port or terminal?
Yes — and it's the most common scenario. We arrange transport from the seaport or rail terminal, customs clearance and unloading at our site, so the goods go straight onto the rack.
